Chronos Affinity – User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and GP Creative Studios (“we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of Chronos Affinity, our Website, game services, digital content, and any related features or platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if:

• You are at least the minimum age required by your region’s digital service laws

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you access the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.

2. Account Registration

Some features may require creating an account.

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up‑to‑date information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or pose security risks.

3. License to Use the Services

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the game or Website

• Circumvent security features

• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third‑party tools

• Sell, rent, or transfer your account or in‑game items

All rights not expressly granted to you remain with GP Creative Studios.

4. Early Access & Live‑Service Development

Chronos Affinity may operate as an Early Access and/or live‑service title. By using the Services, you acknowledge that:

• Features may change, be added, or be removed

• Bugs, performance issues, and incomplete content may exist

• Progress, items, or accounts may be reset if required

• Updates may modify gameplay, systems, or balance

• Downtime may occur for maintenance or technical reasons

We are not liable for losses resulting from updates, resets, or service interruptions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in behavior that:

• Violates any law or regulation

• Harasses, threatens, or harms other users

• Disrupts or interferes with the Services

• Attempts unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data

• Uses the Services for commercial or fraudulent purposes

We may take action—including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans—against accounts that violate these rules.

6. User Content

If you submit or upload content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your rights. However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, transferable, sub‑licensable license to:

• Use

• Modify

• Reproduce

• Distribute

• Display

• Create derivative works

This license exists to operate, improve, and promote the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate laws or third‑party rights.

7. Purchases & Digital Goods

Certain features may require payment, including digital items, cosmetics, or game access.

You acknowledge that:

• All purchases are final, unless required by law

• Digital goods have no real‑world monetary value

• We may modify or remove digital items at any time

• Refunds are granted only at our discretion or where legally required

Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases may result in account action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, game assets, and technology used in the Services are owned by GP Creative Studios or our licensors.

You may not use our intellectual property without written permission, except where explicitly allowed (e.g., fan content under your Free Use Policy).

9. Third‑Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third‑party platforms. We are not responsible for:

• Their content

• Their policies

• Their security practices

Your use of third‑party services is governed by their respective terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including:

• Availability

• Accuracy

• Fitness for a particular purpose

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months (if any)

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for:

• Violations of this Agreement

• Security concerns

• Fraudulent activity

• Legal compliance

You may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in North Carolina, unless otherwise required by law.
